I just love this.. absolutely. May I take the liberty of giving u a couple of mini assignments.. I relocated from US to Singapore and dont have the luxury of an oven. So, I want to steam cakes.All I need are two recipes – 1. Basic vanilla cake (steamed) and 2. Basic chocolate cake (steamed). I understand in one of your recipes, since the power had gone off you steamed it. It was looking great. Could you try something like that and let me know. I want to make cakes for my little 3 and a half year old. 🙂
