Lite recipes for right health!

Significance of lunch box;

  • It takes about one third of a child’s daily diet.
  • Eating healthy & nutritious lunch can help them perform and concentrate well i school.
  • Colorful and favorite lunch will make them feel happy and extra special the whole day.

Easy execution: Planning for the lunchboxes is more difficult than executing. Many times cooking a dish takes less time than planning for it, may be due to preoccupation in other works or unavailability of certain ingredients.

Creativity and nutrition are the two elements I have stressed upon in most of my recipes. For example the colorful coins are nothing but a simple dosa version which is very common in south India. Similarly Rock N Rolls is the very old chapatti & subji version from north India presented in an exciting way to attract kids.

Time Starved Generation: Busy couples, bachelors and students who are always loggerheads with time will get most benefit from the series. All the recipes in Lunchbox bites are quick-to-cook and are made keeping in mind the time factor without neglecting the nutrition of the food.

Make lunch time a memorable experience for your loved ones, a time they await with pleasure during their busy day :-D

The section has various sub-categories some of which are only for kids such as the colorful coins“ while the rest of the sections can be used to plan & prepare the lunch boxes of both kids and the office goers.
