Ragi or Finger Millet Pancakes for a Healthy Breakfast
Pancake is a weekend breakfast at my home. And I often get worked up thinking new ideas and innovative ways to bring different flavors and taste to pancakes. This time I tried adding Ragi, Finger Millet to my Pancake batter just to add extra bit of nutrition to the breakfast. And I was surprised when my 6 years old daughter enjoyed and finished it without any complain

Method: Take a big vessel and add both the flours in it. Mix in the salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder and keep it aside.

Pour the sugar and curd mix into the dry powders. Give a good stir.
