Ingredients;
- 200 gms cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- salt as desired
- 2 tsp oil
Method: Wash the leaves of cabbage and shred it fine. Peel the onion and slice it fine. Heat oil in a skillet and add mustard seeds, let it splutter. Add the sliced onion and the dry spice in the hot oil. Fry the ingredients of r1 minute and then add the shredded cabbage in it. Stir it thoroughly and close with a lid. Cook for just about 3-4 minutes and take off the flames.
A crunchy cabbage is ready in a jiffy. Serve it hot with chapattis or as an accompaniment to rice dishes. Make wraps and rolls with the same filling and pack it into a tasty and handy lunchbox for kids.
