I love mushroom but i really don’t have much recipes ideas with mushroom, so always would have mushroom with biryani, pepper fry but this would make my mushroom recipe list a bit longer.. thanks for sharing.

Just remember, never make WILD mushrooms tangy because the poisonous ones are naturally tangy and you want to make sure it’s the sauce and not the mushrooms! Though, obviously, your white button mushrooms are perfect and I love the added tangyness!
