I love the changes you made to this simple loaf. I could spend a month making every version that I want from the participants. One of my favorite breads is a whole wheat honey combination so your oatmeal/honey is on that list. Nice job!

LOVE!!! This really is a great bread for someone who is still not too comfortable baking yeast breads. Yours is stunning and I love the honey,oats, cranberries and almonds! I have to try your recipe when I make it again. Perfect!

i am scared of working with yeast too! i usually bake quick breads. your oatmeal bread looks fabulous! i’m sure it must have tasted good with everything. i think i would have eaten a pbj sandwich!
