Who knew Panna Cotta was so easy to make?? I love how you’ve taken this recipe and made it a little more healthy without changing how delicious it is. And that colour – - if that doesn’t draw you in, I don’t know what would ;) great recipe!!

Gorgeous! And I love the grape compote! I never think of baking with grapes! Brilliant! And there is a panna cotta type French dessert made with either yogurt or quark that I’ve been wanting to try for a while… yours is a great alternative.

Thanks for sharing a panna cotta recipe without cream! I don’t handle cream very well, so I love the alternative of coconut milk and yogurt. Your panna cotta looks beautiful – such a great color and I’m sure the grape/strawberry combination is very, very tasty! Great recipe!
