I am an ardent fan of your food photographs and Mouth-watering recipes. I have tried many of your cookies, cakes and everything has turned out great. But, I just want to give you some info about using honey in baking which you have mentioned in this post.
Honey should never be cooked/ heated (Many of us know this but still use it for cooking just for its taste & texture and thinking it is better than sugar). Ofcourse, honey is better than sugar but not cooked honey. Using honey in baking is quite popular but cooked honey is toxic. It is not an immediate poison but gets stored in the body as toxins(undigested material) and becomes root cause for all health issues. For a quick reference, you can go through this link to know what happens when you cook honey.

Eat healthy and be happy 🙂

Thanks,

Nice informational post Sanjeeta.

Have a great day and flavourful wishes,
