    Great initiative, Sunjeet!
As I said earlier, after following you almost religiously through 2010 – and then almost not at all (was the same with everyone) for 2011 – I cannot believe the progress you have made in every way. I have missed so much, and have lots of catching up to do! Great initiative. Hope to get mine up day after tomorrow!

Hi! These figgy bars look so amazing that I tried them twice but my filling becomes hard…what is going wrong? Pl help!

  • sanjeeta kk (author) said:

@Ranjana, Reduce the cooking time for making the filling and let it be a bit runny, you could add a tsp. of melted butter in the filling also to keep it soft. Hope it comes out good the next time. Happy baking!
