In reply to Shobana. @Shobana, Thanks for patronizing, Lite Bite! You can indulge in baked goodies and still loose wait...provided they are healthy and have less fats. Most of my bakes are with less fat and almost negligible sugar, which are enjoyed by me, hubby and my son, but always disliked by my daughter who loves pure indulgence :) In fact baking is much healthy option than other forms of cooking. A healthy muffin is any time a far better option than the deep fried Samosas and Gulab Jamuns. Friends and well wishers like you are indeed a major driving force behind all what we do. My good ness.. I am a regular at your blog and probably have read this recipe many dozens of times.. I am truly thinking of reducing weight and hence have taken a vacation from baking.. Looks like this recipe is going to entice me back to baking 🙂

I love your blog. I also like the fact that you make a conscious effort to understand what goes into the cooking pot.. It is good to be aware rather than recklessly piling up calories..
