Party Menu – Refreshing Mint & Orange Lemonade

This minty welcome drink has almost become a signature drink in all my parties. Many of the invitees call me back to inquire if the welcome drink is there in the menu! Orange is the new addition this time and I must admit that it has given a wonderful flavor and refreshing citrus aroma to it.

Party Menu – Buns & Veggie Delicacy called Paav Bhaji

When I think of a street food which is healthy too, Pav Bhaji wins hands down! Yes, with loads of veggies sitting pretty on the plates of my kids with a smile on their faces, is what gets the crown for this humble dish called Pav Bhaji. This surely is a great recipe to sneak in all those veggies into your kids menu which are abundant from their science dictionary. And I don’t forget to add pumpkin in my Pav Bhaji recipe..shh they are out to play 😉

A Refreshing Welcome Drink – Minty Lemonade

A refreshing summer drink made with fresh mint leaves, lemon and ginger. This minty-lemony drink was a huge hit in one of the parties we arranged for my husbands’ colleagues. Most of whom who were used to colas, got little hesitant to try out the green color welcome drink. But after the first sip no one could just stop with one, and the huge piles of empty cups in my backyard were telling the success story.
