The Year That Was…

31 December 2010 34 Comments

My favorite recipes

Aha… the time of the year has come to sit and relive some of the enduring moments that has gone by 2010. And by far the most fascinating one is  Lite Bite, my tiny space on the net, linking worlds apart.

When Photos Tell a Tale: These are some of the recipes which I liked creating, cooking and clicking for Lite Bite during 2010.  Some of the recipes are traditional while some others are given a make over with a healthy bite. I like to experiment with various grains and unusual ingredients in my cooking and baking  trials. Ragi cake, wheat germ muffins and Broccoli Manchurian are the few recipes which I enjoyed creating for my family.

Chew on this…

A string of reminiscences….

The journey of Lite Bite, which started with a few steps has gained momentum with a sea of beautiful blogger friends on the way. And visiting their blogs has become a sort of ritual.

Blogger’ with a strong hold on their camera, never fail to mesmerize with a visual and virtual treat of the recipes they present, Deeba‘s PAB is no short of entering into an art gallery!

While the others weave magic with words. Sra, Aparna and  Soma, do the trick of juggling with the letters. And the rest don’t leave any stone unearth to create a scrumptious treat every time that I visit them. The list would be quite long to fit in a single post 🙂 Have created a separate ‘links‘ page for the same.
