The Barley Water sounds very interesting. I saw it in another recipe for something raw. I’m looking forward to trying this!

I love to drink barley water knowing how good it is for the bladder (esp to prevent UTIs). But owing to how bland and tasteless it can get, one needs more than motivation to have it frequently. Loved your flavor infusing ideas and can’t wait to use up my stash of barley now!
