    Hi Sanjeeta, Great idea to add nutrition to the litti with the spinach. You just put it on my list to go to the Indian grocery store here (I’m in the States) to get some chickpea flour. Amazing how a taste can bring back such deep memories as with you and your nanny– thanks for sharing.
